Hours
Tuesday and Thursday: 12.00pm to 5.30pm
Wednesday and Friday: 9.30am to 3.30pm
Every other Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm
Appointments are sometimes available if you are unable to come in during usual office hours, or within 24 hours if a last-minute cancellation occurs. Please call or email to check availability.
Rates
75 minute session: $160
90 minute session: $190
Please give 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.
This allows the appointment to be filled by another person needing relief.
Please read, and keep in mind, the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
24-hour cancellation notice is required or the full cost of the session is charged for a missed appointment. Emergencies are exceptions.
Intake Form
The intake form is an Adobe Acrobat PDF form. If you are able to complete it before your visit, we can start your session as soon as you walk in the door. You can either fill out the form by hand, or fill it out on your computer.
If filling the form out on your computer, **Please note** that information will not be saved if entered via your browser window. The form will not save your information unless it is downloaded to your computer first.
If you enter data via the browser window, you will (unfortunately) have to re-enter the information.
